Bishop's is one of 3 CT Wineries supplying and supporting the Chocolate Underground Dinner that will benefit Community-based programs at The Audubon Center at Bent of the River on Saturday, February 6, 2010. It is hosted by New Morning Natural and Organic Foods

On Thursday Feb 11, 2010 we join with all the CT Wine Trail members in the first annual Celebration of CT Wine at Gouveia Vineyards. We will honor Dr. Kiyomoto of the CT Agricultural Experiment Station for his lifetime contributions to CT Agriculture.

New Wine Bar Opens in 1928 Barn portion of Farm Market

Barbara Douglas of the Shore Lines Times captures the spirit and growth of Bishop's Winery and its new wine bar built under the direction of winemaker Keith Bishop. Brother-in-law John Holthausen's design and carpentry skills were assisted by Munger Construction and Rt. 80 Millwork to bring the bar to fruition.
