What is Bishop’s Farm Market return policy?

Return Policy for Bishops Orchards
At Bishops Orchards, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before making any purchases:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
● Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging will be considered for return.
● Perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy, meat, prepared meals, and bakery goods cannot be returned.
● Food items which are defective, spoiled or out of code at the time of sale, may be returned or exchanged.
● Non-food items such as cleaning products, personal care items, or household goods may be eligible for
return if unopened and unused.
● EBT purchases can be returned but may be exchanged for identical food items or the refund must be
credited back to the EBT card.
● Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
● Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
● Receipts or proof of purchase are required for all returns.
3. Refunds & Exchanges:
● Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit, depending on the payment method
used.
● Exchanges are allowed only for products of equal or lesser value and are subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
● If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of
purchase).
● We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged goods, provided the product is returned in its original
condition.
5. Exclusions:
● Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Return Process:
● Please bring the product, receipt, and any original packaging to our customer service desk for processing.
● Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Bishop’s  reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including, but not limited to, preventing
fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.

Can I use my customer card when shopping online?

If you have a Bishop’s customer card or use a phone number at our cash registers, then you’re pre-registered for online purchases and ready to earn loyalty points online as well! Always Log In Before Beginning Your Online Order.
If you have a Bishop’s card/account, and this is your first time shopping online, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the login button on the top right of the screen.
  2. If you already have an account with us, you will click on “Set Up Online Account” under Already a customer at our store? If you do not have a phone or email associated with your account or forgot what phone or email you have associated with your account, please contact us at (203) 453-2338 from 8AM – 5PM and we will be happy to help you out.
  3. You will be prompted to select a Reset Method of Email, Text (cell phones only) or Call. Select your preferred method, enter your Phone or Email as prompted and click Submit. This is the email or phone number that is on your Bishop’s account.
  4. You will receive a Verification Code via your selected method, and be prompted on the screen to enter this code.
  5. You will be prompted to create your new online shopping password.

*In step 2, please access your account by entering Phone or Email only. Searching by Account Number will not work.

How can I shop online if I don’t have an online account?

  3. Provide requested information, then click sign up

I’m a potential vendor and I’d like Bishop’s to carry my product(s), how do I reach out?

The quickest way is by email. Send your product information to jb.w@bishopsorchards.com, including your company name, contact info, product lineup, pricing, terms, background, where it’s made, and any details that make your item unique. We will be in touch if we feel like it’s a possible fit!

What holidays do you close for?

Our Farm Market is closed:

Memorial Day

Thanksgiving Day
December 25th (Christmas Day)
December 26th (the day after Christmas)
New Year’s Day

We observe special extended hours in the days approaching Thanksgiving, but close early on Christmas Eve (4pm) and New Years Eve (5pm).

Our Creamery generally follows this same schedule with the exception of Memorial Day and July 4th, however it’s always best to call 203-453-2338 to confirm.
