They are supported by a team of experienced managers and dedicated staff whose innovation, care, and commitment shape every corner of our farm and market.

Sarah Bishop Dellaventura is co-CEO, overseeing all event, farm, and market operations in addition to planning for strategic growth of the business overall. She is the first of the 6th generation to return as a full-time member of the family business after working in advertising.

Carrie Bishop Healy is co-CEO, overseeing all financial management, accounting, HR and IT functions of the business in addition to planning for strategic growth of the business. She is the second member of the sixth-generation of the Bishop Family to return to the family business after living in Boston and working in accounting.
